Meet Our Founder - Arik Liberman
Arik Liberman, Founder and CEO of ARx Ventures
With nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of healthcare, operations, and M&A, Arik founded ARx Ventures to create a better path forward for pharmacy owners.
Arik has led large-scale acquisitions, optimized health operations, and advised executives at companies like SRx Health Solutions, CloudMD, and Trindent Consulting. He’s overseen projects spanning due diligence, financial modeling, pharmacy performance, and post-acquisition integration — always with a sharp eye for process and a deep respect for people.
Arik holds a Master of Science from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University. Beyond his credentials, what defines him is his passion for solving problems, building long-term relationships, and making complex transitions simple for business owners.
